We pride ourself in building high quality and affordable house as much as sometimes 40% below the price of conventional construction methods. We never tried to cut on either quality, the pace of work or any other construction aspect. We stay true to our full promise of efficiency! We construct faster, cheaper and efficiently.

Efficiency

Our love for detailed, bullet-point preparations, as well as to open and clear project management and communication is what makes us faster than the competition. Recently we compared a technically similar 4-stories building that we built, and the other built by our other competitors. Their price were 2 times higher than ours and their pace was 3 times lower than ours!

Quality

Quality is focal in every little aspect of the construction. The mindset of both our senior employees and all the way to our on-site contractors and construction workers centers on attention to details. It is that attention to details that allows us to work on a multitude of projects even some times simultaneously, while staying on schedule and delivering exceptional results!

The bricks that we use for constructions are locally manufactured at our factory and are the most ecological friendly bricks for construction.
